But first, it needs you. Building a small business is personal.There are decisions to make, people to lead, problems to solve, opportunities to recognize, and often, very little space to step back and see clearly.
I know this world because I have lived it. I have been an entrepreneur, a chef, an athlete, and a leader. I know what it means to perform under pressure, make decisions when there is uncertainty, adapt when things don't go as planned, and keep moving when the responsibility ultimately comes back to you.
But I also learned something deeper:
The way you meet your business is often the way you meet your life.
When your mind is overwhelmed, your business decisions can become reactive. When you don't trust yourself, you may keep looking outside yourself for the next answer. When you are constantly pushing, you can lose sight of what actually matters. And when you become clear, grounded, and aligned, you begin to lead differently. That is where often my mentoring begins.
This Is Not Traditional Business Coaching
I am not here to hand you a formula and tell you what your business should look like. I am here to help you see what is actually happening within your business, within your decisions, and within yourself.
Together, we create the space to step back, quiet the noise, and look at what is in front of you with greater clarity. Sometimes the answer will be practical. Sometimes it will be strategic. Sometimes the most important question will have nothing to do with your business at all.
Because a business cannot be separated from the person leading it.

I bring together business experience, performance experience, and the deeper work of learning to trust yourself.
My role is not to become the person who makes your decisions for you.
It is to help you become clearer about what you already know, see what you may not be seeing, and make decisions from a more grounded place. Because ultimately, I don't want you to become dependent on your coach.
I want you to become more confident in meeting your business on your own.

Our sessions are conversational, practical, and focused. You bring what is you are doing and what is happening. We slow it down. We look at it from different angles. We identify what is really asking for your attention.
And then we determine what comes next. There may be questions. There may be strategy. There may be something you need to practice, change, communicate, or let go of. The work is always connected to your real life and your real business. No pretending to have it all figured out, who does! Just honest conversation and meaningful movement forward.
