Truth Does Not Require Total Disclosure

Truth Does Not Require Total Disclosure

Being authentic doesn't mean sharing every part of your life. My privacy is not a wall; it's an act of self-respect. In this reflection, I share.

Many of you online have asked me to share more of my client stories, my life stories, and my behind-the-scenes moments. And I hear that desire. I understand the longing to feel closer, to feel connected, to learn, and to feel like you can see the person behind the work.

But here is my truth: My privacy is not a wall. It is a form of self-respect. It is how I stay grounded, clear, and deeply aligned, so that what I choose to share comes from a place of truth, not pressure. And when I share my work, I also hold a deep respect for the people I work with. Their stories are not mine to tell simply because they might make my story more compelling.

There are parts of my life that I will share when it feels right. And there are parts that I choose to keep for myself. Truth does not require total disclosure. In the reflection I share.

Thank you for wanting to know me.

Thank you for honoring the parts I choose to keep for myself.

This is how intimacy and integrity coexist for me.
